Thank you for choosing Wanted Transfers/Wanted Print Co! We work hard to produce and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Because our products are custom-made, processing times may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand.

  • Standard processing time is 24-48 hours (same day if ordered by 12PM)
  • Large orders or custom projects may require additional production time.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been produced and shipped.

Typical transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Wanted Transfers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

If your package was damaged during transit, please keep all packaging materials and provide photos so we can assist with filing a claim.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, customers will receive an email when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait for the pickup notification before arriving.
